The programme

One programme, two ways to take part.

Five sessions that help young adults understand how they think, what matters to them and how to choose their own way. Join for a week in person, or online with Louise.

Who it's for

Who it's for.

01

Young adults

For anyone at the start of adult life who wants to understand themselves before the big choices: study, work, relationships. The weeks in La Herradura are for over-18s; 16 to 18-year-olds can join online or close to home.

03

Schools and professionals

Schools and organisations can bring the Lab to their students or book Louise as a speaker. A Self Awareness Lab certification for professionals is in development.

The methods

Built on three well-known coaching methods.

01The inner critic

Positive Intelligence (PQ)

Noticing the habits of mind that hold you back, like the inner critic, and calming them so you can think clearly.

02Your own choices

Cognitive coaching

Good questions that help you see where your ideas come from (parents, friends, social media) and decide for yourself.

03From insight to action

Co-Active leadership

Turning what you learn about yourself into real decisions about study, work and life.

A day at the Lab

A calm day, with time to think.

Sessions are two hours each morning. The rest of the day is yours: rest, swim, read, or talk things through with the others.
